Instructions: Combine beans, chili powder and cumin in bowl. Stir well and set aside. Place 1 tortilla in a lightly greased 9 inch cake pan. Spread with half of bean mixture. Top wit another tortilla. Spread with half of salsa. Top with another tortilla. Spread with half of guacamole. Top with another tortilla. Sprinkle with half of cheese. Top with another tortilla. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cut into wedges and garnish with sour cream.
