Instructions: Soften tortillas according to package. Gently line four, (10-ounce) custard cups with the tortillas; avoid tearing. Set aside.
Drain corn, reserving liquid. Add milk to the liquid to make 2/3 cup. In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, corn, milk mixture and hot pepper sauce. Stir in drained corn, pepper and onions. Spoon about 2/3 cup mixture into each tortilla-lined cup. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve with salsa, if desired. Serves four.
