1 cup Assorted vegetables, Thinly Shredded (carrots, celery, Zucchini, green onions, Spinch, and/or sweet red Peppers)
1 lrg Flour torilla,
2 tbl Reduced-cal ranch dressing,
1 oz Swiss cheese,
Instructions:
Instructions: Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave brifly. Food
