Instructions: Blend cornflake crumbs and cocoa together. In a large bowl combine all but the whipping cream and mix well. Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks. Fold into mixture. Place cupcake cups with foil liners onto cookie sheet fill with mixture and top with a half candied cherry red and green. Freeze til firm then place in a freezer container with wax paper between layers.

Makes 1 1/2 to 2 dozen
