Instructions: Place bacon on a tray and cook in oven until crisp but not burnt. Drain of fat, allow to cool, then crumble bacon into pieces.
Halve and peel avocado, cut in 1cm slices. Slice spring onions. Gently toss lettuce, avocado, bacon and spring onions together and arrange in a neat heap. Pour over dressing and serve immediately.
