Instructions: Peel (or not) enough tators to feed your family cube them into bite size pieces. Toss with oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Or use dry onion soup mix. Then place in oven pan and bake at 350 til almost done. Then add sausage put into oven and broil for a few minutes Then add cheese on top. Broil til cheese is bubbly.

Remove from oven and eat.
