4 oz Dry white wine
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
Juice from, (1) lemon
3 tbl Gruyere & emmenthaler Swiss cheeses
Touch of nutmeg
Generous grating of black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Pour wine in fondue pot (or double boiler) and heat until it steams. Next, add garlic, lemon juice, cheeses, nutmeg, fresh pepper and kirschwasser.

Stir with fork until wellblended. If needed, add more cheese to bring it to the proper consistency. Now youre ready to fondue!
