1 x unbaked (9") pastry shell
1 can pumpkin (16-oz) (about 2 c)
1 x (14-oz (14-oz cn eagle brand (14-oz cn eagle brand
sweetened milk (not evapo- rated milk)
2 x eggs
1 tsp gound cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell. Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 min. Reduce oven temp. to 350 degrees; bake 35 to 40 min. longer or until center is set.

Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
