Instructions: Stone crab claws are pre cooked in most parts of the world.
If crab is to be served hot - steam the claws for 8 to 10 minutes and serve with warm melted butter. If crab is to be served cold - serve with fresh lemon wedges or a mustard sauce. Always serve with a cocktail fork so that meat can be removed easily. For Mustard sauce: Mix well and chill until ready to serve. This recipe yields 4 servings. Suggested Wine: Beverage suggestion: Fume Blanc NOTES : Chefs Tip: For an alternative dipping sauce try this: 1 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper.
