3/8 cup water, room temperature
2 tbl softened butter
4 cup bread flour
2 tbl sugar
2 tbl dry milk
3/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Place ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Snap baking pan into place. Close lid of machine and plug in power cord. If you have a choice of settings, pick Basic cycle and Medium crust color. Press Start.
When bread is finished, use pot holders to remove pan from bread machine.

Turn pan upside down onto a cooling rack. Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
