Instructions: In a salad bowl lightly mix shredded cabbage, peanuts and chili. Pack it to go. When ready to serve, heat olive oil in small pan over medium heat. When hot, put in mustard seeds.
As they being to pop, put in cumin seeds. Let them crackle for 3 to 4 seconds. Turn heat off, and immediately add oil-seed seasoning to salad mix. Add salt and lime juice. Mix well, garnish with cilantro. Email this Recipe:
