Instructions: Mix soy sauce, vinegar and garlic and store in container for trip. Freeze shrimp in plastic bag and store in insulated lunch bag; it should be thawed by evening.
Boil water. Add spaghetti and cook until almost done. Add shrimp to pasta and boiling water. Cook about ten minutes, add broccoli. Cook for about three minutes, then drain. Mix peanut butter and soy sauce mixture and then add to spaghetti. Stir and serve hot with cashews on the side. Email this Recipe:
