Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup fresh basil leaves, washed dried and tightly packed.
2 tbl pine nuts
3 clv garlic, peeled chopped.
some salt
3 tbl grated pecorino (sheep) cheese
3 tbl grated Parmesan cheese (or 6 if you dont have pecorino)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 med size potatoes, peeled, cut in julienne
1 lb green beans
Instructions:
Instructions: To prepare the pesto:
Combine in a blender: pine nuts, garlic, basil, salt, cheeses and a bit of oil and puree. Pour the rest of the oil and blend for a few seconds.

Bring a large saucepan of water to boil, drop the beans and cook for 5 minutes, add the potatoes and after 2 minutes add the noodles. When the noodles are to your taste, drain the mixture and put in a serving plate.

Toss with the pesto and serve.
