Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
6 tbl Coriander seeds
1 tsp Anise seeds
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1 tsp Black peppercorns
1 tsp Black mustard seeds
1 tsp Turmeric
2 x Garlic cloves peeled and chopped
1 lrg Onion, chopped
1/2 x Fresh habenero chili OR
1 x Red jalapeno pepper seeds and stem removed chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Separately roast all the seeds, the cloves and the peppercorns. Grind all the ingredients into a paste with a mortar and pestle, or use a food processor and puree.
