Instructions: Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine cereals; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.

Cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring constantly.

Pour over cereal mixture; mix well. Using spray-coated rubber scraper, press mixture into spray-coated pan. Cool slightly; cut into bars.
