Instructions: Sprinkle the fruit with the remaining ingredients. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. Thread the fruit onto skewers (if youre using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in warm water for at least 15 minutes first). Grill, turning constantly, for 10 minutes until the fruit is caramelized.
