Instructions: Arrange nuts in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. Roast at 325 degrees for 5-10 minutes, until golden. Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat; stir in soy sauce, ginger, garlic salt, and lemon juice. Remove from heat; add nuts and toss to coat evenly. Arrange nuts in a single layer back onto cookie sheet. Roast at 325 degrees for 5 minutes.
