4 x Trout fillets
15 gm Fresh oregano, (1/2oz)
3 tsp Liquid smoke
65 gm Pecans, (2oz)
25 gm Breadcrumbs, (1oz)
1 x Clove garlic
Instructions:
Instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 200 C/400 F/gas mark 6

Skin the fish fillets and marinate in the smoke for 1-2 hours. Blend all the rest of the ingredients to a wet crumb. Double the fillets and place in a buttered oven tray. Crust with the crumbs and roast for 5 minutes.
