Instructions: Wash and clean the trout.
Pat dry season inside and out with lemon juice salt and pepper. Turn in the flour. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the trout for 2 minutes on each side. Keep warm on a plate. Butter an ovenproof dish. Put the mushrooms on the bottom of the dish and lay the trout on top of them. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the trout. Scatter the parsley over the dish. Add the butter divided into small flakes. Bake at 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/gas 6 for 15 minutes. Email this Recipe:
