1 x egg, slightly beaten, divided
2 can tuna (6-7 oz each), drained
1/2 cup chopped onion, sauteed
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp celery salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together & put on biscuit dough. Brush with reserved egg. Bake @ 375 degrees for 25-30 min. Serve with cheese sauce.

Biscuit Dough
2 c flour
3 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/4 c. shortening 3/4 c. milk
Cheese Sauce
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. milk
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 c. cheese

Cook margarine and flour. Gradually add milk. Boil 1 minute & add cheese & mustard. heat.
