Ingredients:

2 x Eggs
1/3 cup Dry bread crumbs
1 tbl Chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dillweed
1 tbl Horseradish
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Pepper
Pinch salt
2 can Each 6.5 oz. water-packed tuna
2 x Green onions, minced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tbl Vegetable oil
4 whl wheat hamburger buns
Alfalfa sprouts
Pineapple Salsa (below)
----------------- PINEAPPLE SALSA ----------------
1/2 cup Chopped fresh or canned pineapple
1/4 cup Each chopped sweet red, yellow and green pepper
1/4 cup Chopped red onion
1 tbl Chopped fresh coriander
1 tbl Lime juice or cider vinegar
1 cl Garlic, minced
Instructions:
Instructions: In bowl, lightly beat eggs; mix in bread crumbs, dill, horseradish, mustard, pepper and salt. Drain tuna; mix into bowl along with onions and celery. Shape into four 1/2 inch thick patties.

In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties to skillet or place on greased grill over medium heat; cook, turning once, for 10 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sandwich in buns along with sprouts and salsa.

Makes 4 servings.

(PINEAPPLE SALSA): In bowl, combine pineapple, red, yellow and green peppers, onion, coriander, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

Makes 1 1/4
