Instructions: Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente.
Peel and dice onion and chop celery into 1/2 cm dice. Cook lightly in butter to soften, about 3 minutes over med heat. Put in bowl with drained flaked tuna, undiluted soup, lemon rind and juice, parsley, salt, pepper and drained corn; mix well. Grease an ovenproof dish, dust lightly with dry breadcrumbs. Place macaroni over base, spoon tuna mixture over top. Toss fresh breadcrumbs in melted butter, sprinkle over top. Bake in moderate oven 25 to 30 minutes until golden on top and heated through.
