SAUCE
1 lrg onion
1 x clove garlic
1 can tomatoes diced
1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce)
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup diced green chiles
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
FILLING
1 can tuna (13 oz) drained & flaked
1 ct sour cream (16 ounces)
2 cup Cheddar cheese (8 ounces) grated
Instructions:
Instructions: FOR SAUCE: Saute onion, garlic, and diced tomatoes. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, green chiles, cumin, oregano, sugar, and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes.

FOR FILLING: Combine all filling ingredients and divide between tortillas.

Pour some sauce on the bottom of the pan, place filled tortillas on top of sauce pour remaining sauce on top of enchiladas. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
