Instructions: Put the Maionese into an electric blender add the remaining ingredients and work until smooth.
If necessary thin to a coating consistency by adding a little cold water. Altematively rub the undrained tuna fish and the anchovies through a sieve into a bowl. Add the egg yolks and proceed as for Maionese (qv). Use to coat hardboiled eggs sliced cold chicken turkey or veal or to stuff tomatoes. Makes about 300ml. Email this Recipe:
