Instructions: Saute garlic, salt, and pepper to a pale color. Add anchovies, crush with a wooden spoon. Add tuna with oil. Break into flakes, stir and saute 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and mint leaves. Simmer for 15 minutes covered.
