1 can	white tuna in water - (12 oz) drained
2 x	celery ribs chopped
3 tbl	mayonnaise
2 tbl	Dijon mustard
2 tsp	lime juice
1/2 tsp	freshly-ground black pepper
4 x	English muffins split
8 x	tomato slices

Instructions:

Instructions: Stir together first 6 ingredients; spread evenly on each English muffin half. Top each muffin half with 1 tomato slice and 1 cheese slice.

Broil sandwiches 6 inches from heat 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
