Instructions: Beat egg and add remaining ingredients. Add 1 or 2 tsp water if it seems too dry. Shape into 2 patties. Spray medium nonstick skillet w/ Pam. Heat skillet over med-high and add patties. Cook until golden brown, turn and cook until golden brown.
