Ingredients:

1 x 12 inch Italian bread shell for pizza
1 tsp olive oil
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) caponata
1 can (6 oz.) Bumble Bee Solid White Tuna, drained and chunked
8 slc (1 oz.) prosciutto
3 x plum tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Place bread shell on foil-lined baking sheet; brush to edge with oil. Spread caponata to within 1 inch of edge. Top with tuna, prosciutto, tomatoes, feta and mozzarella cheeses. Bake in a 450 F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until cheeses are melted and pizza is heated through. Cool 1 minute before slicing. Serve with crushed red pepper, if desired
