Ingredients:

8 oz elbow macaroni
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbl chopped chives
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Dash ground black pepper
2 tbl lemon juice
1 can (6 1/2 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
1 med orange, peeled and diced
1/3 cup chopped sweet pickles
Instructions:
Instructions: Boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water, and drain again. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix lightly and chill. Serve over lettuce.

Serves 6.
