2 tsp mayo
2 tbl minced fresh or 2 tsp dried tarragon plus
tarragon springs for garnishment
2 x 6 oz tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir mayonnaise and tarragon in small bowl and set aside.

Pan grill tuna in olive oil 3 minutes per side

Remove from pan and top each steak with tarragon may and garnish with sprigs.
