Instructions: Combine 3 tablespoons of the oil, lime juice, brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon each of the salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush over both sides of the tuna; set aside. Whisk together the remaining tablespoon of oil, vinegar, onion and remaining salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in tomatoes and corn. Gently stir in avocado. Set aside. Place tuna on grill or under broiler; cook as desired, about two minutes per side for medium. Serve tuna with the salad. Email this Recipe:
