Instructions: Mix juice and paste. Reserve one cup. Mix remaining ingredients (except peppers) with remaining juice mixture. Fill peppers with meat mixture. Place in crock pot. Pour reserved juice mixture over peppers. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 9 hours.
