Instructions: Flake tuna fine. Mix in remaining ingredients. Turn into 3 well buttered custard cups. Cover lightly with foil. Place on rack in saucepan. Pour in boiling water to reach half way up cups. Steam (adjusting heat until water boils gently), until firm, 20 to 25 minutes. Loosen edges and turn out.
