Ingredients:

1 pkt (6 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup Boiling water
1 cup Apple juice
1 can (6-1/2 ounces) starkist tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup Finely chopped unpeeled apple
1/3 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts
1/3 cup Finely chopped celery
1/3 cup Reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large, shallow bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in apple juice until blended. Cover; chill mixture about 30 minutes, or until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in tuna, apple, pecans and celery.

Spray a 4- or 5-cup mold (or 5 individual 1-cup molds) with aerosol shortening; pour in mixture. Cover; chill several hours until set. For dressing, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise and milk; serve with salad.

Notes: Make 4 main-dish or 8 side-dish servings.
