Amount	Ingredient
8 sm	Sweet, ripe tomatoes, washed and sliced
1/2 x	Red onion, thinly sliced
120 gm	Canned tuna in oil, drained and flaked
2 tbl	Olive oil, (2 to 3)
1 tsp	White or red wine vinegar
	Few leaves fresh basil, or chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together, leave to stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
