1 lb tuna steaks
3 tbl soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbl ginger root -- chopped fresh
Instructions:
Instructions: The Asian flavors of gingerroot and soy make this tuna fragrant and delicious. If you do not have a grill, you can pan-sear the tuna over medium-high heat for four minutes on each side.

Preheat the grill.

Place the tuna in a ceramic or glass bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oil, wine, and gingerroot. Pour the mixture over the tuna and let the tuna marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, turning it once.

Remove the tuna from the marinade, pat it dry, and grill it for 4 minutes on each side.

While the tuna is grilling, pour the marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and boil for 5 minutes. Lower the heat, add the cream, and simmer the sauce for 1 minute (do not let it boil).
