Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can (10-oz) tuna in spring water, drained
1 cup Chopped celery
1 can (8-oz) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 can (6-oz) pitted black olives, drained and sliced
1 x Green onion, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 x Squeeze of lemon
1 dsh Salt
1 dsh Garlic salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Just before serving, sprinkle with noodles or serve over noodles.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
