1 pkt Butterball turkey breast strips - (16 oz)
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
----------------- MIXED GREENS ----------------
6 cup mixed salad greens - (to 8)
1 sm red onion sliced thin
2 x tomatoes seeded, diced
2 tbl chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, dill, paprika and cheese in plastic bag. Dip turkey strips in Italian dressing. Place dipped strips into plastic bag and shake to coat with crumb mixture. Place coated strips on grill and grill approximately 10 minutes until lightly browned and no longer pink inside.

Wash and combine salad greens. Add onion and tomatoes. Place cooked turkey strips on top of greens and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve drizzled with Italian dressing.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
