Instructions: Combine yogurt and chutney, and stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each of 4 bread slices; top each with turkey, apple, cheese, and a bread slice.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Yield: 4 servings.
