2 cup Cooked Turkey, cubed
2 jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, (6 oz. each)
1 tbl Curry Powder
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 x Green Pepper
Green Onions
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook rice-a-roni. Add diced peppers, onions, olives and artichoke hearts.

stir in mayonnaise and turkey.

Easy and *so* good. Good for leftover turkey
