Instructions: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the cashew nuts until they are golden brown, then remove them from the pan.
Heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the turkey breasts for 4-5 minutes until sealed on both sides. Pour over the yellow bean sauce and water then continue cooking gently for a further 5-7 minutes. Add the cashew nuts just before serving. NOTES : Turkey breasts with an Oriental flavour.Alternatively black bean sauce can be used. Email this Recipe:
