Instructions: Remove and discard skin from turkey breast. Place turkey in 3 1/2-4 quart crockpot.
In small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, soup mix, mustard and salt; blend well. Pour over turkey. Cover; cook on Low setting for 8-10 hours or until thermometer inserted nto thickest portion of turkey breast reaches 165-170 F. Remove turkey from slow cooker; cover to keep warm. Place fine strainer over Medium saucepan. Carefully pour liquid from slow cooker through strainer into saucepan. In small bowl, combine water and cornstarch; blend until smooth. Add to strained liquid in saucepan. Bring to a boil over Medium -High heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. To serve: slice turkey; arrange on serving platter. Spoon about 1/2 cup gravy over turkey. Serve with remaining gravy. Serves 8. Prep Time: 15 minutes, Ready in 10 hours and 15 minutes. Email this Recipe:
