1/2 cup Cut-up turkey or chicken
1 x Hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbl Chopped celery
2 tbl Chopped stuffed olives
1 tbl Chopped onion
1 tbl Sweet pickle relish
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/8 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; toss with a fork until well blended. Use as sandwich filling.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
