4 x Honeysuckle White fresh turkey drumsticks (10 ounce each) or 2 1/2 lbs. turkey thigh cubed steaks
8 x ears fresh corn on the cob blanched
2 tbl ground coriander
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
3/4 tsp salt
Pico de Gallo Salsa
3 med ripe tomatoes (3 cups) chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2 tbl seeded finely chopped
jalapeno peppers
2 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 tbl hot pepper olive or vegetable oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle drumsticks and corn with coriander, pepper and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Grill drumsticks over hot coals according to barbecue directions (50 to 60 minutes). 30 minutes before drumsticks are done, place corn over hot coals. Grill turning once, until corn is roasted (20 to 30 minutes). Meanwhile, in medium bowl stir together all Pico de Gallo salsa ingredients (or use prepared salsa). Let stand 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with corn and drumsticks.
