1 lb Honeysuckle White turkey breast strips
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbl olive oil
6 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 x red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 x tomato, diced
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
4 x flour tortillas
----------------- Creamy Lime Dressing: ----------------
2 tbl balsamic vinegar
2 tbl lime juice
2 x cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Slice the boneless, skinless turkey breast into thin strips. Saute turkey strips in olive oil with salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook 6-7 minutes or until turkey is fully cooked. Mix Creamy Lime Dressing. Warm tortillas according to package. Place 1/4 of the turkey, lettuce, olives, peppers, tomatoes and cheese on each tortilla. Top with Creamy Lime Dressing and roll up. Slice in half and serve, or wrap in plastic and chill until serving.
