1/2 pkt Pepperidge Farm frozen puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
1 x Egg beaten
2 tsp Water
2 x Green onions, chopped (about - 1/4 c)
2 tsp Chopped pimento (optional)
1/2 tsp Dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 lb Sliced cooked ham
1/2 lb Sliced cooked turkey
1 cup Spinach leaves

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix egg and water and set aside. Mix onions, pimento and oregano and set aside.

Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 16 by 12 inch rectangle. With short side facing you, layer ham, turkey, spinach and cheese on bottom half of pastry to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with onion mixture. Starting at short side, roll up like a jelly roll.

Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Tuck ends under to seal. Brush with egg mixture.

Bake 25 minutes or until golden. Slice and serve warm.
