1 x turkey breast
4 tbl low sodium soy sauce
4 tbl worcestershire sauce
1 tbl ketchup
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Slice meat when half frozen into strips. Marinate the meat for 1 hour, then drain in a colander. Place on tray to dry.

Do not overlap meat. Dry at 145 degrees for 6 to 8 hours.

It is ready when it bends like a green willow without breaking.

For long term storage you should refrigerate.
