Ingredients:

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 tbl fresh chopped basil
3 x cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 lb turkey tenderloins cut in 1" pieces
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 tbl lemon juice
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
Instructions: In a shallow glass dish, blend olive oil, wine, basil, garlic, salt, black pepper and red pepper. Add turkey and marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes or longer, coating evenly.

Soak 12 bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Preheat broiler. Coat a broiler rack with nonstick spray.

Remove turkey from marinade. Discard marinade. In a shallow dish, blend bread crumbs and Romano cheese. Add turkey pieces and toss until evenly coated. Arrange turkey pieces on skewers. Broil on rack for 8 to 10 minutes, or until brown, turning frequently.

Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan; stir in lemon juice. Arrange turkey on platter and drizzle with butter mixture. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh basil.
