1 lb ground turkey
1 pkt frozen spinach - (10 oz) thawed
1/2 cup Atkins Bread Crumbs
1 x egg beaten
3 tbl prepared pesto
1/4 cup cream
1 x garlic clove pressed
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine turkey and spinach until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Transfer mixture to a loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until an instant read thermometer inserted in center registers 160 degrees. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into slices.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
