Ingredients:

Vegetable cooking spray
1 lb freshly ground turkey breast
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 x (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, undrained
1 x clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup raisins
3 tbl slivered almonds
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 x (8 ounce) cans no-salt added tomato sauce
1 x (14 1/2 ounce) can no-salt added whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add ground turkey breast, and cook until browned, stirring to crumble. Add green onions, chilies, and garlic; cook 3 minutes. Add raisins and remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.

Yield: 6 cups
Picadillo is a traditional dish in many Spanish-speaking countries. Raisins and cinnamon make it sweet and spicy.
